SHIPPING TIME

  1. From Monday–Saturday China Time.

    2-3 working days to USA by FedEx, UPS, DHL

    3-4 working days to Europe countries by DHL

    4-6 working days to African Countries by FedEx or DHL.

  2. Please allow 1 day for processing before your order is shipped.
  3. After we ship your packages out, Tracking number will send to you by info@lehebeautyhair.com or WhatsApp.

SHIPPING DELAYS

  1. For your convenience it’s always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping partner FedEx, UPS, DHL.
  2. Processing times are normally longer during sales. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day. Please keep in mind when calculating delivery We entrust FedEx to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed due to inclement weather, holidays, sales, natural disasters, or carrier delays, etc. We will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
  1. We cannot control the holiday shipping rush. Please be sure to place your order days in advance to ensure a timely delivery.
  1. We DO NOT ship orders on Sunday or holidays. Any orders that are placed on Saturday AFTER 11 AM (China Time), will be processed on the next business day, which is Monday.
  1. We ARE NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages. Once you receive your tracking confirmation, please contact FedEx, UPS, DHL directly in regards to your shipment’s status. But we can try our best to HELP you, if you need.
  1. All orders reported as “delivered” by shipping companies are considered delivered. LeHe Beauty cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.

  1. All orders must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date. We provide full refund if we detect manufacturer defect. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the packages.
  2. If you received the wrong product or missing any products, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the merchandise. Please do not use, unravel, wet, play with or install
  3. In the event that the package gets refused, you will bear the cost of returning the goods and the import duties, also minus the shipping cost.
  4. Please note that colored hair such as ombre, dyed or bleach hair cannot be returned or exchanged. There are no exchanges or refunds on custom

All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut and lashes is NOT use, NOT glue.
  6. The refund caused by order cancellation, refund agreement or Mediation will be processed instantly from LeHe Beauty However, it may take 7-10 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.
